31DOVER, the UK’s fastest-growing online drinks retailer and part of DMD Ventures, faced an outdated site, low conversion rates, a fragile ERP setup and the need to better serve its B2B arm while driving sales and streamlining the shopping and checkout journey. To address this, 31DOVER selected Shopware (Shopware Enterprise Edition with Diamond Subscription) as its ecommerce platform and engaged Shopware partner GPMD Ltd for the relaunch.

Using Shopware with Premium Plugins, Enterprise Search and the Shopware B2B Suite, GPMD rebuilt the site and checkout, re-integrated the ERP to remove a single point of failure, and created a dedicated wholesale site (onstock.co.uk). The Shopware-based solution was delivered in seven months and produced measurable gains: conversions more than doubled to 4.6% year-on-year, transactions rose 12.1% (from 5,408 to 6,063), and post-launch conversion has averaged above 3% month-on-month, while B2B functionality and operational communication were significantly improved.
