A Shopkick Case Study
Georgia-Pacific partnered with Shopkick to drive awareness and sales for the Dixie Ultra® Deep Dish Plates launch. Georgia-Pacific’s challenge was to educate consumers at home, guide them to the product in-store, and reward trial to drive consideration and purchases across the full shopping journey. Shopkick supported the effort using Branded Lookbook and Branded Video creative, Promo Units, In‑Store Scans with 2D Image Recognition, Post‑Scan Video, Purchase Validation and Dynamic Kicks.
Shopkick implemented pre‑shop in‑app content to build consideration, then incentivized in‑store engagement and used 2D image recognition and post‑scan video to deliver a branded video while shoppers held the product. The campaign drove measurable impact: 16 million impressions, a 99% viewable video completion rate, more than 1.7 million in‑store impressions at Walmart, and nearly 50% of purchases were incremental—showing Shopkick increased trial, consideration, and sales.
