Leading Off-Price Department Store partnered with Shopkick to find a more innovative way to drive incremental foot traffic and sales while building brand awareness, attracting new customers, and increasing shopping frequency among existing shoppers. To support these goals, the retailer used Shopkick products including Branded Lookbook and Collection, Promo Units, Push Notifications, Purchase Validation, and a Visa Incrementality Study.

Shopkick delivered contextual content in the Discover Tab, location-based messaging, and push notifications to keep the retailer top of mind and encourage store visits, while rewarding shoppers for visiting, scanning products, and making in-store purchases. The campaign drove 3.2 million store trips, generated $78 million in sales, and produced a 28:1 ROI, with 54% of total spend deemed incremental and 65% of incremental spend coming from new customers.
