Shopkick worked with a leading children’s apparel retailer to bridge the gap between digital and in-store shopping, increase repeat visits and purchases, and attract new shoppers. The retailer wanted a better way to build brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and boost sales across both existing and new customers.

Shopkick used branded lookbook and collection content, promo units, push notifications, purchase validation, and rewards mall gift cards to keep the retailer top of mind and encourage visits and purchases. The campaign drove 2 million store trips, including 289K incremental trips, generated $15.1M in sales, and delivered a 16.5:1 ROI, while also producing 242M content impressions and a Visa incrementality study showing that 84% of spend was incremental and 85% of incremental spend came from new customers.
