immi, a food and beverage brand founded by Kevin Lee and Kevin Chanthasiriphan, wanted to build authentic relationships with creators who genuinely loved ramen and aligned with its healthy, plant-based mission. Using Shopify Plus, the company needed a scalable way to grow its affiliate marketing program beyond manual outreach and sample sending.

With Shopify Plus and Shopify Collabs, immi used gifting, tiered link/code distribution, application review, and commission tracking in one platform to operationalize its ambassador program. The result was rapid growth to 432 ambassadors, more than 145 affiliates in a few months, over $200,000 in affiliate sales, and more than 4,400 orders driven through affiliate referrals.
