Jack Rogers, the nearly 60-year-old fashion footwear brand, faced a strained direct-to-consumer channel: its Magento site was slow, required coding for routine updates, suffered inventory miscounts and manual monogramming workflows that caused lost sales and operational headaches. To regain agility and simplify ecommerce operations, Jack Rogers migrated its online store to Shopify Plus.

Working with Shopify Plus (and implementation partner P3 Media), the brand adopted Shopify Flow and Shopify Plus Certified Apps (Returnly, Smile, Gorgias) to automate promotions, order flows and customer service, and to streamline monogramming. The results were dramatic: revenue rose 69% and conversion increased 30%, traffic is up over 60%, product filters delivered a 4x lift in average revenue per user, and SMS now drives 12% of revenue with a 74% higher conversion rate compared to other channels.
