PittaRosso, an Italian footwear retailer with more than 150 stores across Europe, needed a more scalable omnichannel ecommerce platform. Its previous Adobe Commerce setup limited autonomy, slowed simple tasks, and hurt search visibility and page performance, while the brand also wanted more customization and creative control. Shopify Plus was selected to help address these challenges.

Shopify Plus, implemented with a headless architecture by Byte-Code and supported by Boraso for SEO and content strategy, delivered a custom storefront and CMS that improved speed, UX, and organic performance. PittaRosso also integrated tools like Klarna, Klaviyo, Auto Tags, and Multifeeds, saving hundreds of man-hours each year. The results included a 27% increase in 2022 BFCM revenue vs. 2021, an 11% year-over-year lift in ecommerce conversion rate, and 37% year-over-year growth in online net profit.
