Framebridge Improves Customer Experience Across 30+ Stores and Boosts Conversion Rates after Replatforming to Shopify

Framebridge, a home and garden brand that started online and expanded to 30+ brick-and-mortar stores, was struggling with a fragmented, homegrown commerce stack that demanded too much engineering time and made omnichannel growth difficult. As Framebridge scaled, it needed a simpler, more customizable platform to unify online and offline sales, support in-store consultations, and keep pace with rapid retail expansion. Shopify Plus, including Shopify Checkout and Shopify POS, was selected to help address these challenges.

Shopify Plus replatformed Framebridge onto a single omnichannel foundation, redesigned the ecommerce experience, and launched Shopify POS across every store with support from Pattern and SDG. The new setup enabled features like a persistent cart, BOPIS, and in-store drop-off, while improving store staff workflows and customer visibility across channels. The results included a smoother launch with zero business interruption, a faster website, and measurable gains of 15.3% in overall add to cart rate, 8.1% in checkout started rate, and 7.5% in overall conversion rate.
