For Meagher’s, revenue grew 5X in one year after migrating

Meagher’s Pharmacy, a long-established Irish pharmacy chain, wanted to modernize and scale its ecommerce business while keeping the fast, convenient customer experience its brand was known for. To support growth across both physical and digital channels, Meagher’s worked with Shopify Plus and migrated from Adobe Commerce/Magento.

With Shopify Plus, and support from agency partner Milk Bottle Labs, Meagher’s customized checkout, automated sales with Launchpad, enabled pre-orders for out-of-stock items, and added tools like Klaviyo and ReCharge. The result was a major uplift in performance: revenue grew 5X within one year after migration, along with faster cart and checkout experiences and improved fulfillment efficiency.
