Elite Eleven boosts in-store sales by 240% after adopting Shopify POS

Elite Eleven is an Australian sportswear and lifestyle brand that grew from wholesale into direct-to-consumer and then physical retail. As its store footprint expanded, the company’s existing POS could not connect in-store data with its Shopify Plus online store or third-party inventory system, creating siloed customer and inventory data that made it hard to manage stock and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

To solve this, Elite Eleven adopted Shopify POS, integrated with Shopify Plus and connected to tools like Peoplevox, Klaviyo, and Yotpo. Shopify helped unify customer and inventory data across channels, enable ship-to-customer and endless aisle selling, and improve targeted engagement. The results were strong: 240% year-over-year growth in retail POS sales, 50% growth in online revenue, and 82% total revenue growth, with endless aisle driving more than 30 ship-to-customer orders per day and up to $3,000 in incremental revenue.
