Good American, a fashion brand co-founded by Khloé Kardashian, launched on Shopify Plus and sold $1 million on day one. Rapid growth and an expanding SKU count made managing the store cumbersome, with two key pain points: keeping inventory flags (in-stock/low-stock/out-of-stock) updated in real time and enriching product information so customers could easily find the right fit, color, and size.

To solve this, Good American used Shopify Flow on Shopify Plus to automate inventory publishing and product tagging. The team built nine workflow automations in under a day to flag low or out-of-stock items, trigger back-in-stock notifications, and standardize product tags for fit, color, and size—reducing manual errors, consolidating roughly a dozen apps, and improving operational efficiency for future growth.
