World’s largest global aerospace manufacturer partners with Aspiring Minds to select participants for the inaugural Accelerated AME apprenticeship program

World's Largest Aerospace Company partnered with SHL to launch its inaugural Accelerated AME apprenticeship under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Needing a trusted end-to-end assessment partner, the company asked SHL to promote the program, manage registrations and reliably assess and select candidates using tools such as cognitive, English, domain and personality tests plus automated video interviews.

SHL implemented targeted outreach and a dedicated microsite across 10 cities, then ran a two-stage evaluation (adaptive cognitive and English plus a DGCA-aligned domain test, followed by personality assessments, AutoView video interviews and panel interviews at four regional centers). SHL also delivered soft-skills training, exit assessments and placement support — evaluating roughly 1,000 candidates at scale and selecting 25 apprentices — and the program’s success led the Ministry to renew the initiative with SHL as partner.
