To meet this challenge, USB partnered with SHL to implement a fair, reliable, and valid assessment process as part of its inclusive admissions strategy.

SHL provided a solution that included the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) and its Verify range of ability tests for verbal, numerical, and inductive reasoning. The results gave USB a holistic view of each candidate's potential and were proven to have a statistically significant correlation with future academic performance in the MBA program, validating their use for predicting student success.
