Navitasys, India’s leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer, was growing rapidly in a new industry and needed a better way to identify and develop future leaders. SHL helped Navitasys implement a data-driven Young Leaders Program and later an Emerging and Senior Leaders Program, using scientifically validated assessments, dashboards, personalized feedback, and development plans linked to the company’s learning portal.
