Genea used SHL's assessments to develop and build a leadership team to diversify the business

Genea Fertility, a growing assisted reproductive treatment and technology provider based in Sydney, needed to evolve its leadership approach as competition increased, the business diversified, and customer expectations rose. To support this shift, Genea worked with SHL using talent assessments and an enterprise leadership development program to address cross-functional collaboration gaps and build a more strategic leadership team.

SHL implemented its Enterprise Leadership solution for 30 senior leaders, combining assessments, feedback, a leadership academy workshop, and follow-up support to help leaders think beyond their own business units. The results included a 49% uplift in the leadership team’s ability to create strategy that supports other business units, nearly double the number of leaders proactively sharing best practices across the organization, and stronger collaboration, engagement, and commercial impact across Genea’s diversified business.
