REI partnered with Duct Tape Then Beer to co-produce a short film about a man who never got to hike the Appalachian Trail and needed to drive awareness and views among millennials for the story and accompanying web page. To amplify that content and PR pickup from social and USA Today, REI worked with Sharethrough to deploy native advertising and content distribution.
