Bank of America partnered with Sharethrough to repurpose its TV/Pre-Roll spots and drive awareness of its Travel Rewards benefits. The challenge was to extend the reach and effectiveness of existing preroll/TV creative across key audiences (Millennials, high household income, Baby Boomers) and to drive more qualified site traffic than simultaneous social video placements.
Sharethrough ran the repurposed preroll as native video with straightforward headlines explaining the card benefit, aligning with the campaign goals of raising awareness and driving direct-response traffic. The Sharethrough implementation delivered more qualified site traffic than the social videos running at the same time, demonstrating improved campaign performance for Bank of America.
