Ethan Stowell Restaurants, a Seattle-based group operating 14 venues, struggled with siloed reservation data and a booking system that prevented personalized guest experiences and loyalty-building. To solve this, they replaced their old platform with SevenRooms’ reservation and guest data platform to get cross-property visibility and in-service guest profiles.

SevenRooms was deployed across all 14 restaurants in under three months, importing historical data and integrating with Toast POS plus online booking tools (including Reserve with Google) to enable cross-sell, upsell, PCI-compliant payments, and guest communication. As a result, SevenRooms delivered $6K in monthly cover-cost savings, increased covers by as much as 10% at some locations (5.5% across all properties), cut turn time by about 30 minutes at flagship sites (Staple and Fancy from 3:00 to 2:30), and now drives 1 in 10 reservations through Reserve with Google.
