Solotel, which operates more than 26 pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels across Australia, needed a better way to consolidate guest and venue data across a complex tech stack. The results included faster decision-making, stronger loyalty and retention, and measurable revenue gains: upsells across 10 venues produced over AUD 120,000 in incremental revenue in the first half of 2023, and a birthday campaign drove 787 covers and more than AUD 125,000 in revenue.
