FoodFund International, a Dubai restaurant group, needed a better way to manage guest data and strengthen loyalty across its many concepts. Its previous reservation systems created duplicate profiles and limited personalization, making it difficult to run targeted marketing and deliver a consistent guest experience. FoodFund International turned to SevenRooms’ integrated reservation and CRM platform to solve these challenges.
SevenRooms helped FoodFund International clean up its database, automate guest tagging, and launch segmented email campaigns for first-time and lapsed diners. Using SevenRooms’ marketing automation tools, the group generated 2,932 covers and 654,083 AED in incremental revenue from automated emails in nine months, while also gaining more control over branding across each venue’s digital touchpoints.
