IGC Hospitality, founded in 2010 and expanded from a single New York saloon into a multi-venue hospitality group, needed a scalable technology partner to streamline operations, connect guest data across properties, and improve the guest experience. SevenRooms implemented direct, commission-free reservations, unified guest profiles, event booking, and automated marketing tools across IGC Hospitality’s venues. The results were significant: IGC saved $4 million in cover fees over 7.5 years, booked 1.3 million reservations through SevenRooms, collected 349,000 new email addresses, and generated $203,000 in incremental revenue from automated marketing emails since March 2020.
