Tate Dining Room, the Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant, needed a better way to strengthen guest relationships and drive repeat business during the pandemic, especially as travel restrictions reduced international visitors. To support its 10th anniversary and improve targeted outreach, the team turned to SevenRooms and its Email Marketing and guest management tools.
SevenRooms implemented customised email campaigns linked to a CRM with POS integration, enabling Tate Dining Room to segment guests and measure performance easily. The anniversary campaign drove nearly 300 covers, generated $57 HKD in incremental revenue per email sent, and achieved a 62% open rate, helping Tate Dining Room boost both revenue and brand engagement.
