MLSE Eliminates Booking Fees and Shares Data Across 5 Properties

MLSE, the parent company of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors, needed a better reservation system for its five Scotia bank Arena restaurants. The team wanted to eliminate costly booking fees, stop relying on siloed guest data, and create a simple, on-brand booking experience while managing high-volume service across more than 4,000 covers a night. SevenRooms was brought in to help solve these challenges.

SevenRooms replaced MLSE’s previous booking setup with white-labeled booking widgets and a venue management system that integrated with Simphony POS and shared guest data across properties. The result was $48,000 in annual booking fee savings, 48,000+ bookings through SevenRooms, 83% email open rates, 25% click-through rates, and an 11.5x increase in repeat visits from targeted guests.
