Fazenda, the South American rodizio restaurant group, needed a technology partner to help scale personalised guest experiences across its growing UK footprint while retaining full ownership of guest data. As it expanded into multiple cities, Fazenda turned to SevenRooms and its white-labelled reservation widget and CRM capabilities to replace third-party booking apps and better capture guest preferences, requests and contact details.
SevenRooms implemented direct, commission-free reservations, automated guest tagging and targeted marketing tools across Fazenda’s sites. The results included 341,000 direct covers in the first seven months, 78,000 new CRM contacts, and more than £70K in reservation revenue from automated emails, while monthly covers increased by as much as 39% year over year.
