Brotzeit® is a German casual dining franchise with four Singapore venues facing high guest acquisition costs, scattered reservation and loyalty data, and time-consuming manual marketing. By working with SevenRooms and its guest experience and retention platform, the team sought a single system to manage bookings, collect guest information, and better understand customer behavior across owned channels.
SevenRooms implemented direct, commission-free reservations, a virtual waitlist, automated marketing emails, guest feedback tools, and POS integration with Revel to unify data and improve targeting. In the first year, Brotzeit® saved about $89K SGD in third-party fees and generated $291K SGD in additional revenue from 81,000+ automated emails, averaging about $3.29 SGD in incremental revenue per email sent.
