Viseca, a Swiss FinTech and one of the country’s leading providers of credit and prepaid cards, needed a better way to handle financial reporting as its business grew and data volumes increased. After relying on Microsoft Office, Oracle Hyperion, and Excel-based manual processes, the finance team sought a faster, more automated solution and chose Serviceware Performance and Serviceware Performance AL.

Serviceware implemented the reporting and planning solution in about three months, connecting data from upstream systems such as SAP into Oracle Essbase and then into Serviceware Performance for reporting and planning. The result was up-to-date, accurate, and timely reporting for about 200 users across finance, marketing, business, sales, and operations, with better transparency, automatic validation, and easier analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, budgets, and profitability.
