Centralised management of IT services at the EOS group

EOS Technology Solutions, part of the EOS Group, needed a central way to manage IT controlling across more than 60 companies and to replace error-prone Excel-based planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. With Serviceware Financial from Serviceware, the team wanted a single, transparent source of truth for product owners, compliance stakeholders, and IT financial management.

Serviceware implemented a central ITFM platform that brought budgets, costs, calculations, reporting, and even write-off logic into one structured system, with reports available in Power BI. The result was significantly less manual effort, faster planning and coordination, better support for product owners, and the ability to integrate other companies and customers into workflows; EOS also noted that all information now exists as one truth on the Serviceware platform.
