GoodData, a business-intelligence provider that helps enterprises and partners monetize data, needed to move from ad-hoc, consultant-led training to a dedicated training organization to accelerate customer success. Learndot now manages marketing, sales, delivery and detailed reporting (including registrations vs. attendance), letting GoodData track performance and follow up with learners. The result is a focused training function that improves customer onboarding and satisfaction, reduces support issues, and frees GoodData to concentrate on product success.
