AEGIS Insurance Services, a 215-employee insurance firm based in East Rutherford, NJ, needed a modern, integrated IT platform to replace unstructured email, phone calls and spreadsheets. The IT Office of the CIO sought service management plus capabilities for project management, compliance, IT finance, self-service and transparency so teams could systematize, automate and monitor work across the business.
AEGIS implemented the ServiceNow Service Automation Suite, going live with Incident and Change Management within a month and quickly building a centralized self-service portal and custom apps. The platform now supports GRC, business continuity, security incident tracking, IT financials (real-time budgeting, POs, vendor/contract management), PPM and facilities automation—delivering faster delivery, better visibility and reporting, reduced overhead for server maintenance, and growing, organic adoption across other divisions.
