Within three months of go‑live they discovered and recorded 250,000 configuration items, consolidated systems to reduce eight servers and 0.5 FTE admin, drove 12,000 knowledge views in the first month, and expect about £150,000 in savings over five years — while improving service visibility and user satisfaction.
