EY Advisory Services, a global professional services firm with about 270,000 employees, needed to transform its HR approach to support aggressive growth and intensifying competition for top talent. The challenge was to align HR more tightly with business priorities, standardize processes, and improve efficiency across a global operating model.

EY implemented ServiceNow HR Service Delivery in a two‑phase rollout to create a scalable, consistent platform that delivers a single customer view, decommissions legacy systems, and enables self‑service and better analytics. Rolled out to nine locations with more planned, the solution increased shared‑services efficiency, provided real‑time insights for strategic talent and policy decisions, and supports EY’s broader growth objectives.
