Automize reaches new customers and enhances service delivery using ServiceNow

Automize is a fast-growing Danish IT company (founded 2015, 18 employees) that moved from IT consultancy toward becoming an MSP and software vendor to support global expansion. Internally it struggled with fragmented systems, poor visibility into project planning, capacity and progress, and manual processes—hindering service delivery and the shift to a managed-services business model.

By standardizing data and processes on the Now Platform (ServiceNow ITSM and PPM) Automize built end-to-end workflows and a self-service portal that streamlined onboarding, provisioning and customer services. The result: tasks digitized rose from 17 to 60, automated tasks grew 4x, automation success reached 93%, a Service Portal app is used by 150 customers, provisioning now completes in seconds, and overall productivity, decision-making and MSP/service‑offering growth have markedly improved.
