AEGIS Insurance adopts modern IT service management solution

AEGIS Insurance, a North America–based insurer with 200+ employees, tasked its IT Office—covering PMO, governance, compliance, finance, service management and more—with replacing fragmented email, phone and spreadsheet processes. The team needed a modern ITSM platform that also supported project management, compliance, IT finance, self-service and greater transparency for internal customers.

AEGIS implemented the ServiceNow Service Automation Suite and built a centralized self-service portal and custom Now Platform apps (out‑of‑office, GRC, business continuity, security tracking, ITFM, PPM, vendor and facilities automation). Core IT went live within a month, and the integrated SaaS solution replaced manual workflows with automated tracking, reporting and approvals, boosting productivity, resilience and visibility—and driving growing demand for ServiceNow across the enterprise.
