Traka, part of ASSA ABLOY, provides key cabinets, lockers, software and accessories to secure and audit assets for customers across schools, prisons, transport hubs and utilities. With about 4,300 support cases and 3,000 UK site visits a year, Traka’s paper-based processes couldn’t deliver the real-time data and field access they needed, so they sought a flexible, cloud-based field service solution that would be easy to roll out across offices.
Traka implemented ServiceMax’s cloud work-order management, using advanced scheduling, online/offline access to service records and Chatter for field-office communication. The rollout eliminated paper delays, improved visibility into work and customers, boosted efficiency and helped increase contract sales and revenue—enabling Traka to manage more people, service and customers on a single global system.
