Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is a Cincinnati-based provider of industrial, environmental, and emergency response services serving manufacturers across the Midwest. Rapid growth to over 400 employees created unsustainable, paper-heavy workflows in the environmental services division—multiple systems tracked customer waste profiles, TSDF approvals, shipping forms, and inventory (down to single drums) with field data later re-entered into Salesforce, causing duplication, delays, and friction between sales, operations, and admin.
SES implemented FieldFX (with Boomi integrations and NetSuite synchronization) to unify quoting, job, and waste-management data, eliminate duplicate entry, and automate backend processes. The change sped up billing, reduced PO overages, cut most paper processes, improved DOT/EPA compliance, and let SES maintain growth without increasing administrative headcount while giving sales and operations clearer, more accurate visibility into jobs and invoices.
