Higab, the City of Gothenburg–owned property manager, engaged Service Works Global to market an innovative conversion of the historic Postgatan 16 (built 1902) into modern office space. The challenge was to present clear, attractive design options and communicate spaces that do not yet physically exist so potential tenants could understand the layout and feel without costly or time‑consuming on-site visits.

SWG produced premium BIM-based 3D visualisations, a continental-style interior proposal (burgundy, green and yellow), interactive 3D floor plans and web/QR-published 2D views. As a result, stakeholders can take digital tours, explore furniture and layout ideas, and Higab can showcase the 900 sqm of office space more efficiently—saving time and money while inspiring and attracting future tenants.
