Plenary Schools, in partnership with the Queensland Government, delivered the Queensland Schools Project: 10 new primary and secondary schools for 10,000 students built over a five-year construction term and operated under a 30-year concession. The challenge was to manage staged completions and consistent FM standards across a 200 km footprint, ensuring quality, performance tracking and timely responses across multiple sites and contractors.

Plenary adopted Service Works Global’s QFM CAFM platform to centralise maintenance, workflows and contract reporting. QFM’s dashboards, intelligent workflows and automated payment/reporting tools provided live oversight of jobs and SLAs, made it fast and easy for school staff to log requests, and produced transparent performance and penalty reports for the State—delivering clearer contract performance analysis, improved communication and faster issue resolution.
