Plenary Group - Customer Case Study

Service Works Global (SWG), part of Addnode Group, supported Plenary Group’s Single LEAP Phases 1 & 2 PPP program to deliver and maintain more than 4,400 Australian Defence Force accommodation units across 17 sites. The challenge was to centrally manage high volumes of resident turnovers (≈3,000/year), more than 1,000 reactive jobs per month, extensive contractor compliance and a rapidly growing asset base (now ~163,000 items) while avoiding downtime and contractual penalties and preserving high standards for recruitment and retention.

SWG’s QFM FMIS was tailored to run both PPP contracts concurrently, centralising bookings, contractor permits and maintenance workflows, and providing a real‑time dashboard with traffic‑light alerts and integrated payment/penalty controls. The solution eliminated double bookings, improved response and tracking of reactive jobs, delivered asset lifecycle and cost insights for better maintenance planning, and gave Plenary the reporting needed to reduce risk of penalties and uphold service standards.
