Dean Close School is a prestigious day and boarding school set on 50 acres in Cheltenham with around 800 students and extensive facilities. Managing multiple buildings and compliance tasks from water testing to fire safety had been inefficient under a paper- and Access-based system, leading to lost jobs, slow reporting and difficulty capturing reliable data across the estate.
