A Service Works Global Case Study
Pymble Ladies’ College, a 2,300‑pupil independent school set on a 55‑acre campus in Sydney, faced the daily challenge of maintaining extensive, high‑spec facilities—from theatres and boarding houses to an aquatic centre—using a 30‑person estates team and a mix of in‑house engineers and external contractors. With around 500 jobs logged and limited visibility once work was allocated, the College needed to better manage contractors, meet performance targets and increase workflow efficiency.
Service Works Global’s QFM CAFM system, rolled out with a mobile app and live dashboards, provided real‑time job allocation, colour‑coded priorities, offline time‑tracking, SLA reporting and contractor compliance management. The result was faster job resolution, stronger cohesion between in‑house staff and contractors, reduced administrative overhead, accurate performance data for decision‑making and the ability to benchmark and prioritise work across the campus.
