A Service Works Global Case Study
Service Works Global (SWG), part of the Addnode Group, provided its QFM CAFM/CMMS platform to EllisDon for the Athletes’ Village at the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games. The brief was to deliver 24/7 hard‑services across a 1.5 million sq ft, multi‑contractor site hosting 10,000 people while meeting the accountability, transparency and performance‑payment requirements of the P3 procurement model.
SWG implemented QFM with a fully integrated performance‑payment module to log, monitor and report every work event, enable planned preventative maintenance, manage access/keying and coordinate subcontractors with real‑time, auditable KPIs. The solution streamlined scheduling and communication, closed 95–99% of jobs within target times, reduced reporting overhead, helped refute false media claims and delivered what the IOC described as “Olympic standard” services, plus a data‑rich legacy for handover.
