Service Works Global (part of Addnode Group) partnered with a large, state‑of‑the‑art hospital in Australia to manage 14 non‑clinical FM services delivered 24/7 by more than 500 staff. The challenge was to coordinate high‑volume, safety‑critical services (food safety, cleaning, security, asset tracking and maintenance) across Australia’s largest and busiest technologically advanced facility while meeting stringent PPP performance and audit requirements.

SWG implemented its QFM facilities management software as a centralised helpdesk and integration engine, connecting BMS, nurse call, security, RFID tag tracking, patient administration, AGVs, meal management, IT systems and more. The integrated solution automated and prioritised service requests, provided real‑time reporting and PPP payment mechanism tracking, and improved on‑time service delivery, asset visibility and resource allocation—reducing manual handoffs and boosting operational efficiency and compliance.
