ACS International Schools - Customer Case Study

ACS International Schools, founded in 1967 and educating over 3,400 students across four campuses (three in Greater London and one in Doha), needed a way to manage reactive maintenance across a large, technology-focused estate with a facilities team of just over 100 staff. The challenge was to replace manual processes with a flexible, intuitive FM system that worked on Apple devices, could be configured without costly development, and would give clear control over breakdowns and service levels across multiple sites.

Service Works Global’s QFM was implemented in a four-month, on-budget rollout (from mid‑2013), giving campus staff and external contractors web access to log and update jobs—over 1,200 requests were processed in the first six weeks. The solution centralised information, introduced KPIs and real-time visibility of outstanding work, tracked reactive maintenance costs, improved administration and service delivery, and provided the data needed to plan PPM rollout and future FM resource requirements.
