The solution deployed by Sensus delivered accurate, daily data reads across the entire network. This enabled Thames Water to quickly identify and address water loss while empowering customers to monitor their own usage. As a result, Thames reported a 13% reduction in water usage, improved billing accuracy, and increased overall customer satisfaction.
