Jam City, the mobile game developer behind hits like Cookie Jam, needed to optimize paid user acquisition by speeding up creative development and improving ad performance (CTR/CPI). To do this, Jam City partnered with Sensor Tower and leveraged Sensor Tower’s Ad Intelligence and Mobile Success Suite to bring data-driven insights into creative decision-making.
Using Sensor Tower’s Ad Intelligence, Creative Gallery and Custom Dashboards, Jam City implemented a four-day iterative workflow—daily competitive reviews, creation of three static creatives, three-day tests and rapid post-mortems—cutting creative iteration from as long as four weeks to four days (an 85% reduction). The Sensor Tower-powered process also lowered Installs Per Million across Jam City’s portfolio and improved UA efficiency by enabling faster, metric-focused creative optimization.
