Sendoso executed a variety of direct-mail programs (branded gifts, coffee/lunch gift cards, event-themed packages) and enabled sending directly from Salesforce, relieving pressure on Procore’s sales teams. The campaigns helped build over $2 million in pipeline in six months; in Q4 Sendoso-supported gift-card sends exceeded 1,000, lifting demo show rates roughly 16% and contributing $1.2M to pipeline, while accounts tied to Sendoso direct mail showed a ~20% higher close rate.
