Curatech, a leading telemedicine app in Mexico, needed a safer and more organized way for patients and doctors to communicate. The platform now supports more than 2,500 doctors and over 200,000 patients, while 94% of surveyed patients said they would switch from WhatsApp to a secure platform if their physician asked them to.
