Mer Montagne Vacances (MMV) is a leading French Alps hotel operator—17 club hotels and 14 vacation villages serving over 130,000 customers annually. MMV faced fragmented, legacy data and home‑built marketing tools that made it hard to act on the rich booking and preference data coming from travel agents and direct customers; the company needed to centralize customer data, modernize CRM capabilities, and improve responsiveness across the seasonal travel lifecycle.

Using Selligent’s omnichannel audience engagement platform and Customer Care tools, MMV consolidated disparate sources into a single database, gave every contact a persistent identifier, and automated personalized communications (welcome messages, post‑stay surveys, re‑book reminders and targeted promotions).
