PSA Banque, the financial-services arm of Groupe PSA (Peugeot Citroën), launched a new savings product called Livret Distingo and needed a dedicated digital acquisition system to drive online subscriptions. The challenge was to attract and steer prospects through the purchase funnel, test omnichannel marketing, and maintain consistent PSA branding and multiple subscription options across channels — a program developed with agency Tagora.

PSA Banque implemented Selligent’s cross-channel platform and optimized dashboards to manage and measure campaigns. Over nine months the bank acquired more than 25,000 customers, raised €950 million (€500M above target), increased conversion rates by 50% and generated 45% new-client diversification, and now plans to replicate the campaign in Germany and Belgium.
