Brille24 is the leading online optical retailer in the German-speaking region, offering 1,500 eyewear products and serving over 1 million customers across 117 countries. Although the company ran highly personalized campaigns, it found customers frequently ignored relevant offers when messages arrived at the wrong time, on the wrong channel, or on an unfavored device.

Brille24 deployed Selligent Marketing Cloud for an “Anything, Anytime, Anywhere” campaign that segmented customers by product preferences, open/click times, and device, then delivered a dynamic two-email flow plus chatbot messaging on WhatsApp and other apps for low email-affinity users. The result: email conversion rose to 7.6% (vs. a 3.5% baseline), the personalized coupon email saw 78–86% open rates and 25–51% click-to-open rates, messaging apps achieved up to 92% opens, and richer customer profiles enabled ongoing optimization.
